You won’t be able to understand our design.
Our architectural backgrounds have given us an excellent understanding of how buildings are put together. We are highly proficient at reading and interpreting working drawings, and we’ve built some very complex models in the past. Just click here to see some examples.
Our building will be too difficult to model.
Whilst architectural modelling programs such as ArchiCAD and Sketchup may have their limitations when it comes to amorphous forms, the sky is the limit with our software - 3ds Max. No project is too difficult – we love the challenge!
What if I want to change the design?
Changing the design may incur extra cost depending on the scope or when you change your mind. Our quote always includes some room for minor tweaks to the design. After all, this could be the first time you will have seen it in 3D.
What constitutes a change?
A change to the design from that presented in the original documents from which our quote was formed is considered a change to the scope of work. The draft process should ensure that the composition, materiality and form etc are correct. Changes to materials are generally easy but changes to form require extra modelling. The cost of these changes is at our discretion but a fee will always be negotiated before we commence with these changes.
